Win a Year Of Pilates Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1. The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.

1.2. This competition is open to new clients only. Entrants must not be a current member or have been a member of The Pilates Corner Ltd. within the last 18 months.

1.3. Employees, contractors, and family members of The Pilates Corner Ltd. are not eligible to enter.

1.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The competition opens at 00:00 on 1st April 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 30th April 2025.

2.2. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the competition landing page.

3.2. Incomplete or false entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details

4.1. The winner will receive a 12-month membership at The Pilates Corner Ltd., entitling them to one class per week.

4.2. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged for any other services.

4.3. The winner must activate their membership within 30 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited.

4.4. If the winner wishes to attend more than one class per week, they may do so at standard membership rates.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

5.2. The winner will be announced on 1st May 2025 and notified via email.

5.3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Runner-Up & Bonus Prizes

6.1 In addition to the main prize, bonus prizes may be awarded at our discretion.

6.2 Runner-up prizes will be awarded to 3 additional participants selected at random from all eligible entries.

6.3 Bonus or runner-up prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

6.4 All winners (including runner-up and bonus prize winners) will be notified by email / phone call within 24 hours of the competition closing.

6.5 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Publicity and Data Protection

7.1. By entering, participants agree that The Pilates Corner Ltd. may use their name for promotional purposes.

7.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Terms

8.1. The Pilates Corner Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.

8.2. The Pilates Corner Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraudulent activity.

8.3. By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
